Thank you for booking an appt. If you are a prepaid client, please read this entire page and fill out the form again. I have had some changes so this is an updated form.

Here are a few things to know before our time together today.

Please have all of your passwords ready
Close all your applications, the more you have open the more I have to work around and sometimes I need to have you restart the computer.
If you have 2 monitors, please disconnect them all but your main one. If you chose not to do this, your appointment will go longer as I have to go from screen to screen. Most Outlook windows open on other monitors when I’m trying to reconfigure your system.
Please have this site up and ready for a 6 digit code. I will give it to you at the appt time. www.logmein123.com
I only bill for the time I’m helping, many clients will need a few calls to complete their request, I typically just have you call me back when you’re ready or we can schedule time for later that day or the next day. I don’t bill you to watch process bars and downloading.

- I understand that data backup is the responsibility of the client, not Call That Girl (CTG). CTG will do any back ups necessary before performing work. CTG will offer backup options during the appointment for Email and Computer data
