Our mission at Call That Girl is to be the most efficient, convenient and affordable comprehensive computer service experience to each and every client we work with.

With Call That Girl, we have standard rates for all technical support. Other companies, chose to charge per “issue” or “problem”. We don’t move with that method…computer repair takes knowledge, time and tools, why charge more for one thing over another? And remember, for most issues, if your internet works, you don’t need to unplug all your cords and bring your computer to a shop. It sits nicely where you have it, all plugged in.

Call That Girl’s virus repair (average) $75 to $112 (remote or in shop)

• Tune up/optimization package/whatever you call it ($75) with us and that includes a “sit down/side by side/phone to phone” review of your system, that means we sit down with you, with your computer and show you what’s going on!)

Our competition:

• Staples (big box stores that don’t CARE about you or your DATA). They sell OFFICE PRODUCTS….Really? Are you going to trust  a company that hires just anyone for their “tech support”  NO SIT DOWN, no CONSULT, phooey on them!
• Chipheads virus repair $189 (in store) NO SIT DOWN *figure it out yourself after they give you your computer back.
• Geek Squad virus repair $149 (remote) *(definately figure it yourself and they are only out for SALES)

We don’t have the overhead the big guys do. Do we need to say more? Why yes, we DO….with Call That Girl you get a sit down when you bring your computer in and when you leave. We show you what we fix and what we did. We are a different computer support company, not like “the other guys”.
